Fire hazards pose a significant risk in the workplace. Past experience has demonstrated that a lack of preparation for fire emergencies can be devastating and costly to both human life and property. The risk of fire is one of the greatest dangers in the workplace as, unlike other safety concerns, it has the potential to kill or injure large numbers of people very quickly.

The aim of this program is to inform you about safe and active fire prevention, Legislation, SDS and how you should respond in case a fire should occur.

Course Objective:

• To understand how fires happen and the different causes of fires.
• To recognise the role you can play in the prevention of fires.
• To know what to do in the event of a fire in your workplace.

Certification : A certificate of completion will be awarded once you successfully finish the course.
